5. Web3 Email Address Marketplace (app.cia.com) - Users may buy, sell, and trade Web3 NFT email addresses.

- Transactions are final and non-refundable.

6. CIA Token Platform (token.cia.com) - CIA Tokens are used for platform transactions, staking, and governance.
- Token purchases are non-refundable and subject to price fluctuations.
- Users acknowledge that investing in tokens carries financial risk.

7. Limitation of Liability - CIA.com is not responsible for actions taken using NFT email addresses.
- We do not guarantee service uptime, uninterrupted access, or security from third-party attacks.
